{Weekend with Evelyn}

My parents and sister came for a visit this weekend and Evelyn had a wonderful time getting to know her Nani, Papaw and Aunt Sissy!

She was smitten with my dad from day one and as you can see I think the feeling is mutual!!

We can't wait for everyone to come back again very soon!!!

Today was Evelyn's first playdate with 3 of her

new boy-friend(s) here in town...

William, Wes and Reed.

We had a fun afternoon playing in the sunshine at the Henson House

and ended the day with nice dinner date at the local Mexican joint.

Evelyn even got to sit by Reed but other than stealing his chips and cheese quesadilla there was not much interaction between the two.....

{First Week Home}

And what a fun week it's been!

Evelyn is the happiest little 13 month old you've ever seen and the transition is going very well. It's hard to believe that we've already been home 7 days!

She is eating everything in sight, happy all the time, smiling, laughing, playing peek-a-boo, sleeping in her crib, and loves her big "brother and sister" Nate and Honeybear!

We have had lots of visitors and met all kinds of new friends and family.

She is our little social butterfly!
