Lunch Date

We have been blessed to meet a new Korean friend
here in our small Mississippi town.
Her name is Kwan.

Kwan grew up in South Korea and moved to the states after she finished college in Seoul. She and her husband have twin boys and have been a wonderful resource for Patrick and myself as we prepare for our own
Korean cutie!

Last Friday Kwan invited me to attend her
"International Luncheon Club"
where she cooked us a traditional Korean meal.
We had the most wonderful authentic Korean food
and all left stuffed and satisfied!

Here is all of the amazing food that
Kwan made for us including
Tangsuyuk (pork in sweet & sour sauce),
Dakgalbi (spicy chicken), Undong salad (noodle salad),
Mandu (dumplings) and fried rice.
(please forgive me if I misspelled some of those names!)

Our beautifully set table

New friends :)

Thank you, Kwan, for a great time and we look forward to spending more time with you and your family....
especially when Evelyn gets here!!!
